Travel Baseball

TRAVEL BALL is offered to children in the following divisions (U9, U10, U11, U12, U13, U14 and U16). Divisions may be consolidated in accordance to the “age as of date” to field teams (ex. 9&10 yrs old may play U10; 11&12 yrs old may play U12; 13 & 14yrs old may play U14). Travel ball is for children who wish to specialize in the sport. A higher level of commitment is required of parents and players. Practices begin in February and are more intense. Coaches are not required to assign players equal playing time or rotate players in different positions. Coaches may sign up as a team. Individuals may sign up as a free agent. Free agents will be invited to participate in any tryout session conducted by the coaching staff. Some free agents may not be placed on a team. At this point some players will be reassigned to the in house league. Experienced parent volunteers are needed to coach teams. Fee does not include uniforms. To help assist in the cost of uniforms and the program; we will be conducting a Tigers game fundraiser.
