11 Weeks of Fun Filled Adventure!

June 16th Super Hero:

           There's no need to fear, CABOGI Super Hero week is here!! CABOGI explodes back on the scene with a Pow, Bang and Kaboom. Don't forget your costumes, super power and of course your glasses to be able to sneak back into your secret identity. In basic English; Theme: Super Hero, Activity: Sports and Games , Field Trip: All Skate and Laser Tag, Jackson)

June 23rd Western:

Well howdy partner! Saddle up and get ready for the old west. Reckon you'd like to know what kind of John Wayne style, ten paces turn and shoot adventure you are getting into. This is the rowdiest, rootin-tootiness week this side of the Rio Grande! So bring your ten gallon hat, and don't worry about circling any wagons, this is going to be a big as Texas adventure that will have you screaming "remember CABOGI!" (In basic English; Theme: Old West, Activity: Cowboy adventure, Field Trip: Northfork Outback, Webberville)            

June 30th Blast from the Past:

             This is a trip back in time as we dress act an enjoy the decades in which our parents and grandparents grew up in. Starting with the be-bopping 50s, Groovy 60s, Disco Dancing 70s and the funky fresh 80s. Bring your poodle skirt, peace-sign shirt, platform shoes or your Flock of Seagulls hair-do and enjoy our Delorean ride back and to the future. (In basic English; Theme: Flashback, Activity: Dress-up and decade parties , Field Trip: None)

July 7th Spirit:

             Hip, hop hooray...hey yo, this is an exciting challenge week full of theme days where you'll go backwards clothes, to funny socks on your toes. Crazy colors in your hair, or dressing with buttons everywhere. The specific days will be announced later! (In basic English; Theme: CABOGI Spirit, Activity: Games and Dress-up days, Field Trip: Detroit Tigers Game)

July 14th Halloween:

             Bump, bump, bump...no need to give into the fear. Come explore the spooktacular week of haunted houses, maybe some trick or treating and all that goes along with this Monster Mash. The ghoulrific excitement does not stop there as we will do plenty of ghostly trips and costume party challenges. (In basic English; Theme: Halloween, Activity: Haunted Houses, costumes and more , Field Trip: Artic Coliseum)    

July 21st Jungle Fever:

             In the jungle, the CABOGI jungle, the excitement starts today...whether it be a safari or a trip to the zoo our little explorers will see the animal kingdom in a whole new light after this jungle themed party sends them swinging on vines through the trees. (In basic English; Theme: Jungle Fever, Activity: Safari games, Field Trip: Toledo Zoo)

July 28th Pirate:

             Ahoy there matey, welcome aboard the Jolly CABOGI. Ye best be prepared for an adventure to Davy Jones' Locker and all the swashbuckling excitement of last years treasure hunt, left us begging for another deep seas voyage. This is sure to be an adventurous journey for a treasure chest full of enjoyment. Arg! (In basic English; Theme: Pirate, Activity: Pirate games , Field Trip: Zap Zone, Canton)

August 4th OLYMPICS:

            Light the torch and raise your voice!! CABOGI is being split into factions for the biggest inter-camp competition the City of Chelsea has ever seen. Bring your energy, wear your colors and don't forget to have a whole lot of fun!! We'll be making a return to Chelsea lanes for a challenge or two, so wave your flag and let the spirit of competition fill you with excitement! Outwit, Outplay and Out Last the other team to be this years Olympic Survivor! (In basic English; Theme: Group Competitions, Activity: Team Challenges , Field Trip: Independance Lake)

August 11th Wet 'n Wild:

              Splishing and a splashing the whole day through. We'll be keeping things CABOGI, with waterballoons, slip n slides and a trip to Rolling Hills, if your kids aren't soaked from the excitement of the activities, we'll be jumping in the pool to make sure the summer heat hasn't gotten to them. No hoses will be harmed in the making of this week! (In basic English; Theme: Wet and Wild, Activity: Water Fun , Field Trip: Vet's Park, Ann Arbor (2 times) and Rolling Hills, Ypsilanti)

August 18th Circus Week:

            Come run away to join the CABOGI Circus! No lions, tigers or bears oh my, but plenty of good times to be had by all. From clowning around to tumbling, a magic show and some balloon animals the fun times are rolling in like a bear on a bicycle!! More fun then a barrel of monkeys...unfortunately we won't have any monkeys to test this with! (In basic English; Theme: Circus, Activity: Clowning and Magic , Field Trip: None, but a visit from a clown and magician)

August 25th Gone but not Forgotten:

            It's so hard, to say goodbye, to yesterday...but it's the final week of CABOGI and we welcome back all our campers from previous sessions for a huge send off worthy of a camp as fun, enjoyable and fantastic as the entire summer has been!! The biggest, best blow-out of the summer and all just to give you something to remember us by until we get to hang out again next year!! (In basic English; Theme: Finale, Activity: Banquet, Field Trip: Splash Universe, Dundee)
